We work across software engineering, design, product, GTM, operations, commercial and leadership roles - from first hires to strategic build-outs. Permanent or contract.
Depending on the engagement, this will vary. For a permanent search we follow a product-led framework that focusses heavily on scoping out the need in terms of soft skills, mindset and potential required for the match to be right. Then we move on to shaping our search strategy, putting it through our tools, executing the search, and following on through to securing talent. We keep everyone in the loop from day one and ensure every decision is grounded in insight, not guesswork.
Absolutely. Whilst we truly believe the best candidates are passive (they are not actively applying); we can support you in managing your talent pipeline as part of our TA service. We can help with the planning of direct hiring, or simply the screening and negotiating - whatever helps you get on with your mission.
